Our CNC are unparalleled and cover a vast range of small and large components with either complicated 3D or 2D profiles.Drawing on highly skilled staff, advice can be offered in the early stages of product design, concerning the choice of material and feasibility of machining methods.

Working in medium to large size batches, a wide variety of materials are utilised including aluminium, steels (S/S, 17-4PH, etc), titanium, Inconel and other exotic materials.

Our 5 axis high speed milling capability provides our customers with the cost benefits of shorter cycle times and greater accuracy due to minimum, if any, need to reposition the component on the work bed.5 Axis milling is ideally suited to the machiningof complex componenets or those with compound surfaces.
